School attendance in Bremen.
1995 to 2002 study of photography in Dortmund.

Since November 1995 numerous stays in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Brazil and Palestinian
autonomy areas, resulting in several exhibitions and publications in magazines like Spiegel, ZEIT
and Profil. Since 1997 freelance photographer for magazines and newspapers at home and abroad.

Since 2000 member of the Cologne photo agency LAIF. Since 2002 living in Duesseldorf.
